Pathfinder Clean Energy (PACE) today announces the establishment of PACE Asset Management, a dedicated in-house business built to run PACE’s solar and battery storage assets for the long term.
Tophams energy park has reached Final Investment Decision, and Three Bridges and Attleborough Road projects are under construction providing the scale for the dedicated department.
PACE has provided asset management services to its Canadian portfolio for several years. PACE Asset Management now brings that experience into a dedicated, standalone entity, built to serve PACE’s expanding UK operating portfolio as it moves into energisation.
PACE Asset Management will handle performance monitoring, contract and warranty management, regulatory reporting, and revenue optimisation across PACE’s operating assets, as well as providing owner’s engineering support to assets still in construction.
It has been built from the outset as an AI-enabled platform: live performance data, compliance obligations and revenue reporting in a single system.
The result is earlier visibility of issues, faster reporting for investors and lenders, and a platform that scales with the portfolio rather than with headcount.
Rob Denman, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Pathfinder Clean Energy, said:
“We don’t just want to build these assets, we want to run them well for their lifetime. Establishing PACE Asset Management now, ahead of energisation, means the team and the technology are ready from day one, not bolted on afterwards. It’s built as an AI-enabled platform from the start, and it’s another step in PACE becoming a genuine full lifecycle owner-operator.”
PACE Asset Management will initially focus on PACE’s own UK portfolio.
