Executive
Rob Denman
Managing Director, PACE
Based in London, United Kingdom
Rob has over 15 years of international experience in clean energy. He brings deep sector knowledge and extensive industry relationships, combining technical expertise with global business development insight. Rob previously led the financing of over 300 MWp of UK utility-scale solar projects and now oversees PACE’s business expansion. He holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering.
Alex Ross
Global Development Director, PACE
Based in Bristol, United Kingdom
Alex has over 10 years of experience in clean energy, with expertise spanning the technical, design, and commercial aspects of project development. He has contributed to more than 500 MW of UK and international clean energy projects, with particular focus on GIS, technical design, and grid connection. Alex has also managed multiple projects from development through to operation and currently leads PACE’s UK and Canadian development activities, as well as market evaluation. He holds a BSc in Renewable Energy.
Aitor Larrucea
Technical Director, PACE
Based in Canary Islands, Spain
Aitor has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, having delivered more than 600 MWp of projects as a Project and Asset Manager for leading investors, technical advisors, and developers. Alongside his technical responsibilities across all PACE markets, he leads business and project development in Iberia and LATAM. Aitor is a qualified Electrical Engineer.
