Pathfinder Clean Energy’s development team continues to expand with two new appointments – one to lead on our expansion of our Canadian project pipeline and one to support the UK.

Claude Mindorff has joined PACE Canada LP as Director of Development to lead on the expansion of our interest in the region. Claude has worked with PACE through the development of the current 100MW of Alberta based projects that are due to enter construction in 2022/23 and will continue to work with PACE to expand our interests to a target of 400+MW in the next few years.

Claude brings over 30 years of North American energy and construction experience and has been active in the clean energy sector for 22 years.

PACE has also appointed Andy Keelan as Commercial Land Manager to support the origination and development of new and existing projects in the UK.

Andy brings over 10 years of renewables and real estate experience with leading companies including Ecotricity and JLL. He will be supporting the development team in negotiation and management of projects and managing our relationships with our land partners.

Rob Denman, Managing Director of Pathfinder Clean Energy said: “We are delighted to welcome Claude and Andy onto the team as we grow our UK and Canadian pipelines. Both markets require the expansion of clean energy supply and innovation as the solar, energy storage and green hydrogen markets continue to grow”.

They will play a crucial role as we increase the speed of development in all our markets to achieve our targets to support the urgent move to clean energy to combat climate change and improve energy security.

PACE continues to look to recruit the best candidates into its open and new roles as we move into construction on our current projects and increase our international project portfolio.

Claude will be based out of Calgary, Alberta, and Andy will be based in PACE’s Bristol office in the UK.
